Jr. (El Junior) and his grandmother (Abuelita), embark on a harrowing adventure - when they attempt to deliver fresh, home-made flour tortillas to Jr.'s mother.
They must cross an ice-covered mountain in the middle of a snow storm, when disaster strikes. Abuelita is forced to make a decision that could be fatal!

La Llorona is translated as, The Weeping or Wailing Woman. The Llorona story originated in Mexico (Aztec times, pre-Colombian) and was spread by Spanish and Native people throughout the Americas.
From a very early age, Latino and Native children, are warned about being out by themselves when the the sun goes down. The Llorona is out there - looking, searching, for her children! She can't find them, so she will take you instead.
Through a jealous rage her own children drowned in a river. And now she searches everywhere for them. But, they are gone!
